Q---When will my order ship?
A---We ship Monday thru Friday, infact most of orders go out the exact day they are received. If you order on the weekend, your order will go out the next business day.
Q---I saw a product on your site last week and now its gone, how come?
A---We update our site weekly, if we are sold out of something we take it off the site. If it says "Temp Out Of Stock" it means we hope to get some in very soon. We cannot guarantee that an item will be available again, so we have removed the backorder option. If we have it in stock, it's on the site.
Q---Where are you located?
A---Our offices are in Sunny Southern California.
Q---I live in Southern California, can I come to your office to buy stuff?
A---Sadly no, as we do not have a retail store at our office. So the webstore or your local retailer will have to do for now.
Q---Who is Mokulua Trading Company and why did they ship my package?
A---Mokulua Trading Company is the fulfillment house for THE MALUS online store and all packages, payments and emails go thru their offices. You will see their name on all of your shipping labels, credit card and Paypal statements and emails.
Q---I placed an order, now what happens?
A---You will get an email from the website confirming your order. On the same day or the next business day you will get an email saying we are packing your products. Later that day you will get an email saying your order has shipped. Finally you will get an email from PayPal providing you with a tracking number to track your order. You should get 4 emails total. Please check your spam folder...especially for that tracking number.
